Junior Girls Golf: Hydration!
Storie Apparel brand ambassador Angela Jerman-Ormsby, LPGA provides a hydration tip for junior girl golfers. It may seem simple, but proper hydration is key to performance. Water makes up most of our your body weight, and you lose water each day when you sweat! You lose water even faster when the weather is really hot, so if you don’t replace the water you lose, you can become dehydrated. Some helpful tips: Keep a bottle of water with you during your round. Golfing and Fall
Fall. The days get shorter and the weather gets cooler. In some places, fall means that the golf season is coming to a close. Some players might not play in this "off-season" and wait to pick up a club again in the spring. However, during the fall and winter when there are very few tournaments, it's a great time to work on your golf game. If it's warm enough, go out and hit a few balls!
