Fall. The days get shorter and the weather gets cooler. In some places, fall means that the golf season is coming to a close. Some players might not play in this "off-season" and wait to pick up a club again in
the spring.

However, during the fall and winter when there are very few tournaments, it's a great time to work on your golf game. If it's warm enough, go out and hit a few balls! If it's too cold to play, take a club inside and practice your swing, or try and get stronger to hit the ball a few yards more. The fall might not be everyone's time to go play, but it does not mean that you cannot get better. Make the most of your off-season!
